Weekly recap
Last updated: 29 September 2026
What it does
Once a week, on Sunday evening (18:00 UTC), Liora posts "This week in your server": a few warm sentences in her own voice, then the week in numbers.
- The numbers: messages (and the change from last week), how many members were active, hours in voice, new members, and the busiest hour.
- The highlights: couples who married that week, birthdays coming up in the next 7 days (only if the server has birthdays switched on), the top three Domination Families, and how many new lore facts she learned.
It's off unless staff switch it on on the dashboard. It posts in the recap channel staff choose, or in Liora's main chat channel if none is set. Admins can use !recap preview to see this week's recap early, or !recap now to post it straight away.
What it never does
- It never says who wrote what, and never quotes anyone.
- It never pings anyone. Names appear as plain text.
- It counts new lore facts but never quotes them.
- If activity dropped, Liora is gentle about it, never guilt-trippy.
What goes to other services
To write her few sentences, Liora sends Google's Gemini AI the server's name and the week's numbers, plus the names shown in the recap: newlyweds, people with a birthday coming up, and the top Families. Nothing else about members is sent.
What she keeps
| What | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Which week each server last got its recap | So a restart never posts it twice | While the server uses Liora |
The recap itself is built fresh each week from the server's activity numbers (see Server analytics), marriages, birthdays and Domination. It keeps nothing about people of its own.
