Server analytics

What it does
Liora keeps simple numbers about how each server is doing, so staff can look after their community. They show on the dashboard's Server Health page, and they feed the weekly recap and the Library's "lively" badge.
- Activity: messages per day and per hour, minutes spent in voice, joins and leaves, deleted messages.
- Features: which commands and games get used, songs played, tickets answered, moderation actions taken, raids stopped.
- Health signals: things like "new members who got a welcome are more likely to join in", or which channels have gone quiet.
What it never does
- It never reads or keeps what anyone said. It counts messages; it doesn't save them.
- It doesn't rank or single out members. Everything on the Server Health page is a total or a percentage.
- Only people who can manage the server can see its stats.
What she keeps
Almost everything is plain numbers with no people in them. Four small things do involve people:
| What | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Who was active on each day (just their ID, per day) | To count active members this week | 14 days |
| Recent joins: when someone joined, got welcomed, and first spoke | To see if welcomes help newcomers join in | 30 days |
| The date you were last active in each server (just the date) | So staff can spot members who've gone quiet (Fresh Start) | Until 72 hours after you leave that server |
| When you joined a voice channel | To add up voice minutes when you leave | Only while you're in voice, in memory |
The plain numbers (messages per day, commands used and so on) stay while the server uses Liora.
Your control
/privacy mydatashows the days you were counted as active, any recent join, and your last-active dates./privacy forgetmeremoves you from all of it. The same happens 72 hours after you've left every server Liora is in.
