Invite tracking & team visits

Invite tracking
When someone joins, Liora works out which invite they used and tells the server's staff in their private security log: who joined, which invite, who made it, and how many times it's been used. It helps staff see where new members come from and spot a leaked invite. It's on by default and only posts if the server has a security log channel.
Liora only remembers each invite's use count in memory, to spot which one went up. She saves nothing about who joined or who invited them. The log entries are ordinary Discord messages that staff control.
Liora's team visits
Liora's team (Bliss, her creator, and Mother, Veronica) sometimes visit servers she lives in, to check she's working properly and to help. We want owners to know exactly how that works:
- Bliss always knows where Liora is. When she joins or leaves a server, Bliss and Mother (Veronica) get a private message saying which server.
- Bliss gets a permanent invite to servers he isn't in, so he can visit and check that things like her AI really work. Mother can ask for a single-use invite that expires after 24 hours. Nobody else gets invites.
- It's never hidden. Every one of these invites says who it's for in your server's audit log. When a team member joins with one, your invite log says "Liora's team visiting". If someone from the team made an invite themselves, they're marked "(Liora's team)".
- They're guests. A team visit doesn't give anyone powers in your server. They follow your rules like everyone else.
If you'd rather not have team visits, you can delete the invite (it's the one labelled for Liora's creator in Server Settings → Invites) or remove Liora's permission to create invites. Some things, like her Library, need that permission to work.
What she keeps
| What | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Each invite's use count | To tell which invite someone used | In memory only, until Liora restarts |
Nothing about who joined or who invited them is saved by Liora.
